I’ve taught video editing workshops with Premiere Pro at the Winnipeg Film Group. Coming up with mini-assignments was fun, and I even incorporated some of my previous film projects for them to learn from. I’ve also taught an After Effects workshop, and way back when taught stop animation to kids with Freeze Frame.

I’ve organized OurToba Film Network since 2019. It’s a community group that connects and supports women, non-binary and gender diverse Manitobans in film. We hold events such as speakers, script table reads, studio tours, and promote film-related opportunities on social media. These photos show some of our group’s events.
